Ingredients
2 | pink lady or Fuji apples quartered |
1,5 | whole lime halved |
250 g | spinach |
1 | stalk celery cut in thirds |
300 g | cold water |
large piece of ginger root to taste |
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except water into bowl and blend for 30 seconds on speed 10.
- Add water through hole in lid for an additional 20 seconds on speed 7-8 until well incorporated.
Suggestion: If you like it more liquid, add more cold water.
