Ingredients
240 g | white rum |
200 g | pineapple juice |
300 g | fresh pineapple, cored, cut in pieces, plus 6 slices with skin for garnish |
35 g | caster sugar |
80 g | double cream |
80 g | coconut cream |
250 g | ice cubes |
6 | cocktail cherries |
Preparation
- Place white rum, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple, sugar, cream and coconut cream in mixing bowl then blend 10 seconds on speed 8.
- Add ice cubes and crush 10 seconds on speed 6.
- Pour into glasses then garnish with cherries and reserved pineapple slices.
