Ingredients
50 g | light brown sugar (pure cane sugar) |
300 g | good quality red wine (approx. 300 ml) |
1 | lemon |
2 | oranges |
800 g | lemon-lime soda |
1 | cinnamon stick |
2 | fresh peaches or 4 halves of peach in syrup (strained), cut into small pieces |
1 | apple (with its skin) cut into small pieces |
ice, as needed |
Preparation
- Put the sugar, the wine, the peeled lemon and orange (cut into pieces) into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 10.
- Strain the mixture with the aid of the cooking basket and return the liquid to the mixing bowl.
- Add the soda, the cinnamon stick, the peaches and the apple in pieces and blend for 1 minute on speed 3.
- Let it rest in the fridge for a while, so that all the flavors can mix. Add ice in the desired quantity only when it's time to serve.
Suggestion: For an even fresher taste in your sangria, you can add a couple of mint leaves. For a sangria with smaller pieces of fruit, mill again for a couple of seconds on speed 10.
