200 g | light brown sugar (pure cane sugar) |

Preparation
- Peel the lemons and remove the pith and seeds.
- Place the sugar in the mixing bowl and program 20 seconds on speed 10.
- Join the lemon and the mint leaves and mill for 1 minute and 30 seconds on speed 10.
- Add the ice and program 30 seconds on speed 6. Check the consistency of the slush and, if necessary, program a couple more seconds at the same speed or on speed 7.
Suggestion: The quantity of sugar may be reduced or adapted to your own preference.
