Cookii Machine
Speed regulator
Turn the speed selector clockwise to positions 1 to 10 to select the blade rotation speed. Turn the selector to the left to the ground mode.
Lock button
Lid lock button. To open, just press the button and turn the cover counterclockwise.
Temperature regulator
Turn the temperature selector to the right and select the temperature you want to cook. There are 8 available temperatures, from 37° C to 120° C.
Timer
Press the “-” and “+” buttons to adjust the time. The time can be set between 1 second and 60 minutes at most.

Accessories
Spatula
The spatula is used to fold ingredients inside of the bowl, ensuring dishes cook properly. It is also useful for scraping remnants of food from the walls of the bowl, and its handle can be used as a hook for safely lifting the steamer basket out of the bowl.
Steamer
Consisting of two tiers and a lid, the steamer allows you to cook foods using steam, preserving their flavour and nutritional value. The upper and lower tiers allow you to cook different foods simultaneously.
Blade
The stainless-steel blade lets you mince, crush, mix, stir, blend and knead ingredients and dishes. In the reverse setting, it prevents more delicate foods from breaking or disintegrating. It is removable and dishwasher safe.
Measuring cup
A transparent cup with a 100 ml capacity, which lets you measure quantities of ingredients and add them to the bowl using a hole in the lid. It is also used to seal the lid of the machine, retaining heat and steam while you cook.
Basket
Used inside the machine, the basket allows you to steam foods without them touching the blade. Ideal for cooking potatoes or fluffy rice, it can also be used to strain juices and smoothies.
Butterfly
Perfect for whipping egg whites or cream, the butterfly is the ideal accessory for making mousses, sauces and other dishes with a creamy consistency. It can also be used to prepare more delicate foods, preventing them from breaking or disintegrating.
