Ingredients
500 g | milk of your choice |
1,5 | tbsp cacao powder |
2 | tbsp rapadura or coconut sugar |
½ | tsp either cinnamon or vanilla |
Preparation
- Place all ingredients into the bowl, then set to 6 minutes, at 70ºC on speed 3. For the last 30 seconds, increase the speed to 8 or 9 to create a lovely cream on top.
