|300 g||basmati rice|
|10 g||olive oil|
|2 tsp of||salt|
- Weigh rice in the cooking basket, then rinse thorough fully under running water and drain.
- Put the water, the salt and the olive oil in the bowl. Insert the cooking basket in the bowl and cook for 20 minutes, at 100ºC on speed 3.
- At the end, let stand for 5 minutes.
- Mix rice with a fork, add salt and pepper to taste.
