- Thaw the chestnuts and add them to the bowl. Add the pears, peeled and without the pips, cut into quarters. Add the milk, aniseed and salt. Cook 30 minutes, at 100°C on speed 1.
- Then weigh the margarine into the bowl and season with pepper. Grind 1 minute on speed 7.
