Chestnut purée

Ingredients

1200 g frozen chestnuts
370 g pears
870 g semi-skimmed milk
1tsp Ground aniseed
½ tsp salt
60 g margarine or butter
Ground pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Thaw the chestnuts and add them to the bowl. Add the pears, peeled and without the pips, cut into quarters. Add the milk, aniseed and salt. Cook 30 minutes, at 100°C on speed 1.
  2. Then weigh the margarine into the bowl and season with pepper. Grind 1 minute on speed 7.
