Ingredients
| 1 | orange peeled and pitted |
| 1 | apple without seeds |
| 1 | banana peeled |
| 1 | lemon peeled and pitted |
| 200 g | white sugar |
| 800 g | ice |
Preparation
- Peel the fruit except the apple and cut it into pieces.
- With the dry bowl put the sugar and pulverize 15 seconds on speed 10.
- Add fruit and press TURBO for 5 seconds.
- Add the ice into pieces and program 1 minute on speed 6.
- Serve immediately.
Suggestion: If needed, give a few more TURBO press to homogenize the ice cream.
