Banana bread and cinnamon pudding

Banana bread and cinnamon pudding

Ingredients

150 g whole wheat bread
1 Tbsp powdered cinnamon
40 g sultanas
20 g Porto wine
80 g brown sugar
2 medium-sized eggs
700 g skimmed milk
200 g bananas
40 g slivered almonds

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC.
  2. Add the crumbled bread, cinnamon, sultanas, Porto wine, sugar, eggs and milk into the bowl and cook 1 minute on speed 3.
  3. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe glass dish.
  4. Garnish with the sliced banana and slivered almonds and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
