Ingredients
150 g | whole wheat bread |
1 Tbsp | powdered cinnamon |
40 g | sultanas |
20 g | Porto wine |
80 g | brown sugar |
2 | medium-sized eggs |
700 g | skimmed milk |
200 g | bananas |
40 g | slivered almonds |
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC.
- Add the crumbled bread, cinnamon, sultanas, Porto wine, sugar, eggs and milk into the bowl and cook 1 minute on speed 3.
- Pour the mixture into an oven-safe glass dish.
- Garnish with the sliced banana and slivered almonds and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
