Yogurt cake

Ingredients

1 tub natural Yogurt (125 g)
250 g sugar (2 tubs)
235 g 235 g flour (3 tubs)
120 g vegetable oil (1 tub)
1 pinch of salt
16 g baking powder
2 tbsp of Limoncello (optional)
3 eggs

Preparation

  1. Put all the Ingredients in the mixing bowl. Program 2 minutes on speed 5.
  2. Pour the mixture in a buttered and floured baking pan.
  3. Bake for 35-40 Min. at 170°C/180°C.
