Ingredients
200 g | raw sugar |
2 | egg whites |
600 g | ice cubes |
1 | lemon, ½ zest and all the juice |
800 g | frozen mango cubes |
Preparation
- Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 30 seconds on speed 10.
- Add zest and juice of lemon, egg white, and ice cubes blend 30 seconds on speed 10.
- Add mango blend 2 minutes on speed 10. Make sure to stop each 30 seconds to mix all with the spatula.
- Serve straight away, or place in freezer.
